Delivery Information

What are the shipping options?

On Mahewanted, you can choose between the following shipping options:

Standard shipping is free within Austria. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee for all other countries is calculated when completing your order and arrives between 5-9 working days. Standard delivery is carried out in conjunction with Österreichische Post AG (Austrian postal service).

When choosing express delivery your package will arrive within 1-2 working days (delivery Monday-Friday) via DHL express service.

We will show you the period during which your package is expected to arrive, when completing your order. All shipments sent by Mahewanted are insured against theft and accidental damage.

Where is my parcel?

You will get informed via email how long it is expected to take for our order to arrive. Please be aware that this time may vary depending on your items and delivery method. All items are shipped from Vienna, Austria.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipment. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.

What happens if I'm not there when they initially try to deliver my parcel?

If the delivery company can't reach you, you can use the shipment tracking service to see whether your package has been dropped off at some other place or in a branch, for example. In some cases, a second delivery attempt is made by another shipping service provider. All updates can be seen through shipment tracking.

The package has been shipped, but hasn't arrived yet?

In order to check whether your package has been dropped off with a neighnour please use the shipment tracking service. If the shipping status hasn’t changed for 5 days, please contact us via our contact options below.

Returns & Exchanges

Return costs

Please be aware that costs for returning your order won’t be refunded. Only order values within Austria, which are free of delivery fee, will be refunded after return.

Exchange conditions

It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or  different item altogether.

Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once. Mahewanted is not covering these costs outside of Austria.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order only when your items are unworn, unwashed and with original label within 14 days of receipt. After this period, it is no longer possible to return the goods.

As soon as our shipping partner has received your return, we will process it within 14 days.

Step 1: Put the items back into original packaging

Step 2: Email us on info@mahewanted.com to begin your return. (Returns and exchanges within Austria are free of charge. For returns or exchanges outside of Austria, the cost will be covered by the customer.)

Step 2: We will provide you with all the necessary information via email to proceed with your return or exchange.

Step 3: Please remove the stickers for the original delivery before, so the package is not delivered to you again

Has your item ordered from Mahewanted is damaged a manufacturing fault?  

Our experts will take care of your request through E-mail.

1. Describe your damaged item

To start the process, we will ask you to share some information with us, including the order number, item number (optional), and a description of the defect.

2. Upload images & videos

We will need to see pictures of your item in order to assess any defects. We will ask you to upload photos, including a view of the entire item and a clear close-up of the damaged area. As an optional step, you can also upload a short video of your item. You can do all of this easily using your phone.

3. Your request will be reviewed

That's all! Once you have submitted your request to us, our experts will analyze your damaged item and provide initial feedback based on the information you shared.

Get your refund

Once you’ve dropped off your return with our shipping partner, it will take a maximum of 14 days for it to be processed. Even if, according to the shipment tracking, the package is already with us, we may need this time. Once we have finished processing the return, it takes 5 working days, depending on the payment method, until you receive the money in your account. Please be aware, that in this case we are also covering the shipment costs in Austria.

Payments

What kind of payments do you accept?

You can pay comfortably and securely with your credit card on our store. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners credit cards as well as PayPal and Klarna.

Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).

What sizes do you offer?

Our current sizing ranges from S-XL. As our products are produced in Brazil.
